APEX Drivetrain Solutions Limited 3-year Warranty
We appreciate your business and strive every day to prevent defects that may cause a warranty issue.
We warranty any items purchased from APEX Driveline Solutions to be free of manufacturers defects for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase.
Due to the age and common differences in specification associated with classic cars and the variability of mechanical expertise this warranty does not guarantee fitment nor does it cover damage or modification to parts during installation.
APEX Drivetrain Solutions reserves the sole right to determine cause of failure and warrant-ability. Should you damage your parts during installation we will extend a one-time 20% discount on a like replacement if available.
We are here to help and will be happy to do whatever we can to insure that you have a successful installation and enjoy our products. Lost tempers, cursing and threatening our staff or posting negative information about our company on the internet will void your warranty in its entirety.
All shipping cost regardless of situation will be the responsibility of the customer.
Damage caused to parts while in transit is not the responsibility of APEX Drivetrain Solutions and will only be refunded in part or in whole if and when the shipping company pays APEX Drivetrain Solutions for the cost of the part.
Due to the vast differences in cost and talent among installers this warranty does not cover the cost of labor for installation, removal or repair of any part.
Any damage or failure of APEX Drivetrain Solutions parts due to abuse, driving in an unlawful manner or under the influence of drugs or alcohol will void your warranty.
If you have a warranty claim please contact us at 865.806.9307 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. If a manufacturers defect is suspected you will need to send us back the questionable part for inspection. We will do our best to find the root cause of your issue. If the part is found to be defective a new part will be sent free of charge. If an installation or improper use issue is found we will give you the
choice of paying to have the damaged part returned or purchasing a new part.
